Short Term Goals

My short term goals include:

• To have a successful first year as a fourth-grade teacher.
• To motivate and inspire the children in my class.
• To contribute to my school and district as a member of the staff.

Long Term Goals

My long term goals are:

• To continue my professional development by taking classes and obtaining my master's degree.
• To mentor another teacher or intern the way I was mentored.
• To enjoy a long and successful teaching career.
