Short-term goals:

• Obtain a teaching position in a southwest suburban school district.
• To develop effective classroom procedures and plans to become a superior instructor.
• To continue my professional development in education.

 

Long-term goals:

• Obtain a Master’s Degree in reading.
• Maintain a primary level teaching position and receive tenure within the same district.
• Continue my professional development by attending seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• To build confidence in my students that will allow them to believe they can achieve anything!
• To live happily with a loving family.
