My Philosophy: Fish!

The Fish! Philosophy is a set of simple, interconnected principles that everyone can tailor to their own life and work. This philosophy actually came from Pike’s Fish Market, in Seattle, but is very easily adaptable to any profession, especially teaching!

I keep this philosophy in mind every day when I get to school. Each day, I choose my attitude. I come to school with a smile on my face and an open mind. Each day I am there for my students, both in mind and body. They know they can talk to me about anything. I try to make their day whether it be with a lesson that is right up their ally, or by letting them know that I think they are the coolest! And, of course, I play. What a boring day it would be without a laugh here and there!
