Short Term Goals

• to attain a teaching job in an innovative school district

• to develop effective classroom procedures  that will help to create a safe, welcome to risk-taking environment for learning

• to further my knowledge about and continue to implement technology in my classroom

Long Term Goals:

• to receive tenure in a child-centered school district

• to grow professionally and obtain my Masters degree within the next ten years

• to develop relationships which will enhance the environment of the school

• to forever inspire and encourage my students to be life-long learners
