Some of my goals include:

Short-term goals:

• To obtain an elementary education position in Central Illinois or the Southern suburbs of Chicago
• To become an effective teacher
• To continue to learn about differentiating instruction
• To continue to develop instruction in literacy and other subject areas
• To work towards obtaining a master's degree
• To continue to better myself both personally and professionally

Long-term goals:

• To obtain a master's degree
• To become an established, tenured teacher and community leader in a school district
• To always inspire and encourage my students to become life-long learners
