Short-Term Goals

• To obtain an elementary teaching position in Central Illinois 
• To create a classroom environment that is respectful and conducive to learning
• To form working relationships with fellow teachers and continue collaboration with mentor teacher and fellow interns.
• To continue to reflect in order to give my students the best opportunities to learn

Long-Term Goals

• To receive tenure in a school district
• To continue to grow professionally through seminars, meetings, and workshops
• To return to college to receive a Master's Degree
