Short Term Goal

• Obtain a primary or intermediate school teaching position.
• Organize educational resources previously collected.
• Successfully complete my first year of teaching.

Long Term Goal

• Develop a student centered and engaging learning environment where all students feel safe to take risks and grow as life-long learners.
• Enable students with the skills needed to continue learning long after they leave my classroom.
• Obtain the education and professional development needed to take an active part in school leadership.
