Short-Term Goals:

• Attain an elementary or middle school teaching position in the Northern Suburbs of Illinois

• Develop and maintain an effective classroom management plan

• Develop and maintain professional relationships

• Gather a variety of teaching resources

• Become actively involved in the community in which I will be teaching in

Long-Term Goals:

• Obtain tenure in a successful school district
• Achieve a Master's Degree in Education
• Continue my professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Inspire my students to become life-long learners
• Make a difference in the lives of my students
