I believe teachers must have the desire and ability to inspire students to become life long learners.  Differentiated instruction is the key to success.  This is accomplished by learning new things and providing quality, engaging new experiences.  If I am able, as a teacher, to engage students to have the ability to achieve their individual success, I have succeeded in my responsibility to the students.  Implementing a meaningful hands-on comprehensive curriculum, while working in collaboration with parents and staff, will encourage, support, and allow each diverse learner to be a part of a successful, engaging and purposeful educational experience.  My goal is to see and know I have made a difference in each of my student's lives.
