This past year has flown by so fast and I can't believe how much I have grown and changed during this time.  I have learned and accomplished so much during this year and only hope to continue my growth and professional development further on in my teaching career.

When I first started in August, I was apprehensive about how well I would perform because of how introverted I am.  As the year went on, I could feel my confidence growing because of the help of my mentor teacher and liason.

Now I feel confident and excited to start my own classroom.  Pekin PDS has given me a great experience and has prepared me for a teaching career where I can help students become life-long learners.
