• To obtain a teaching position in a primary or intermediate classroom

• To further my knowledge of content and pedagogy by earning a Masters Degree

• To obtain tenure in the school district in which I have a teaching position
• To continually strive to become a more effective educator through reflection
• To maintain my passion for learning and inspire all of my students to love learning as well
