I really think that this quote speaks for dedicated teachers. Teaching takes knowledge and skill, but it also requires a love or passion of learning.  The love part of teaching should come naturally, but it is the skill that needs to be kept up to date.

My short term goals:

- Obtain an elementary teaching position

- Develop and maintain professional relationships

- Develop and maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment

My long term goals:

- Obtain a masters degree within the next five years and continue to grow professionally

- Inspire my students to be lifelong learners

- To become an active member of a leadership team in my school district
