• to find an intermediate or elementary teaching position for the next school year
• to maintain and develop professional relationships
• to develop and maintain an effective classroom management policy
• to create a safe and respectful learning environment in my classroom
• to become an active participant in my school district's activities and events
• to improve upon my weaknesses and to continue to learn about the education profession

Long-Term Goals

• to continue my education to achieve a Master's degree
• to raise a family in the central Illinois area
• to become tenured in my school district
• to become a National Board Certified Teacher
• to enjoy a long and enjoyable teaching career
