Short Term Goals:

• To create a warm and inviting environment in my classroom
• To become an effective teacher who is flexible and sensitive to the needs of my students
• To continue to gather and evaluate a variety of teaching resources.
• To continue to learn about and implement technology in the classroom.
• To attain a full-time elementary teaching position in a progressive school district around the Peoria area.

Long Term Goals:

• To spend time and travel with my family.
• To become an active member of a leadership team within my school district.
• To go back to school to achieve a Masters Degree.
• To make a difference in the lives of my future students
• To obtain tenure as an elementary educator
