The district At-Risk program was developed in SY 04-05 by a committee of administrators, school psychologists, counselors, and Learning Center teachers under the leadership of Chuck Bowen, assistant superintendent .
The program was implemented in SY 05-06. The first year was spent primarily on finding and testing assessments, exploring interventions, and defining literacy. |
