To honor
the crew of the space shuttle Columbia students at Dirksen created
a large poster which will be sent to NASA with Dirksen's condolences.
Keeping with NASA's message to our nation's youth to "continue
to dream", students wrote their dreams on a cloud with a sun.
The cloud symbolizes the hope of dreams and the sun symbolizes spirit
and energy to continue on. Also included with the poster will be a
3rd graders drawing of the space shuttle. |
