Plan
Dirksen has
and continues to update a school improvement plan. The plan consists
of 7 parts: Vision, Values, Collaborative Culture, Mission, Goals,
Action Plans, and Results. Together, all 7 parts help our school
develop a comprehensive improvement plan.

Assurance
Quality
Assurance is a process by which schools in Illinois present evidence
to assure that their processes and results meet state standards.
It is a goal of the district to have each school's processes and
results presented in an electronic portfolio for all stakeholders
to view. This site will be continuously improved and updated as
new evidence is obtained.

Plan
Do Study Act
The Plan, Do,
Study, Act (PDSA) cycle is a process that Pekin School District
108 uses to improve the quality of teaching and learning. The PDSA
integrates both theory and practice to systematically create a more
effective, data driven approach to show and sustain continuous improvement.
