Here at Edison Junior High we have surveyed kids on what their favorite candy is. We listed ten candies and others to see what they like. The candies we listed were Snickers, Starburst, Reeses Peanut butter Cups, Hershey, Sweet Tarts, Skittles, Sprees/Chewy, Jelly Belly, M&M’s, Kit-Kat, and other. Other means if you do not like the candy that we have chosen pick “other.” We surveyed 118 kids in the seventh grade. The candy that is most popular in seventh grade is Reeses Penutbutter Cups, which got 22%. We asked a student why she picked Reeses Peanut butter Cups, and she said “I like the peanut butter in the middle.” The most unpopular candies were Sweet Tarts, and Hershey. They both have 2%. We asked a girl why she picked Sweet Tarts, and she said, “I like sour candies.”  We found someone who picked Hershey's and asked them why they picked it. They said, “It is just really good.” The percentages of some of the other candies were:
Snickers = 15% 
Skittles = 14%
Starburst = 12%
Jelly Bellies = 7%
M&M’s = 6%
Kit-Kat = 6%
Sprees/Chewy = 4%
Other = 4%
