American Born Twins Adopted on Internet
By: Mandy Anderson, Pat Lehder, Danny Englebrecht, Bree Harris, and Justin Biesinger

Tranda Wecker put her American born twins,Kimberly and Berlinda, on the Internet for adoption. Two people bought them, but they don’t know about each other. The couples who wanted the babies were Alan and Judith Kilshaw and Richard and Vickie Allen. Tranda told them to meet her and the babies at a hotel. The two couples found out about each other and the couples family Allens have had an adopted baby taken from them from a different birth motherstarted fighting in the lounge of the hotel until the birth mother gave the babies to the Kilshaws. The reason she gave the babies to the Kilshaws is because the  and Trenda kew about it. The Kilshaws where planning to go to Little Rock, Arkansas because adoption is easier there. They got there and adopted them and went back to Britain. Now the Allens filed a case to stop the adoption. Now mom wants them back. The ruling hasn’t been decided yet.

Now this is what we think:

“I don’t think the Internet adoption center “a Caring Heart” should have sold the twins to two different parents. If they hadn’t sold the babies to both parents there wouldn’t be a problem.” -Justin Biesinger

“I think this whole Internet adoption isn’t right. They should put them in an orphanage or something but not on the Internet. If they put them on the Internet anyone can buy them for someone else and they won’t know that it’s happened to them.”- Pat

“I think if she wants them back then she shouldn’t have even put them up for adoption. She had chosen to do that or not.”- Bree

“I don’t like adoption on the Internet. As for the babies I think they should put them up for adoption so no one would get them.”- Mandy

“I think one of the parents should get one of the babies and the other parent should get the other baby.”- Danny
