The
Operational Support Team meets as a way for District
and contracted operational departments to create
an effective network of communication and reflect
on progress made and the challenges for a new
school year. Operational Support Team meetings
are held on the second Monday of the month throughout
the school year. This school year, as part of
the alignment of the District 108 performance
goals and quality vision, the team will focus
on developing operational definitions for improvement
and action plans outlining how that goal will
be achieved. These operational definitions will
be monitored, measured, and reported and the District
survey will be used to determine if the goal has
enhanced operational and customer services throughout the district. |
