The
Operational Support Team meets as a way for District and contracted
operational departments to create an effective network of communication
and reflect on progress made and the challenges for a new school
year. Operational Support Team meetings are held on the second
Monday of the month throughout the school year. this school year,
as part
of the alignment of the District 108 performance scorecard, the
team will also focus on developing operational goals for improvement
and
action plans outlining how that goal will be achieved. This goal
will be monitored, measured, and reported and the District survey
will be used to determine if the goal has enhanced operational
services.
