District Improvement Plan
Commitments:
The District provides professional development opportunities through the Teachers' Academy. Coursework/training is designed to:

• Align with the district's long-range improvement plan
• Support the Illinois State Board of Education's "Certificate Renewal" Process
• Identify needs of the staff

Professional Goals for the District:
...to provide the knowledge, skills and strategies necessary to accomplish the mission of the district.

Professional Goals for the School:
...to support continuous development efforts for school improvement and teaching by exploring alterntive research-based approaches with enhnce proffesional competence.

Professional Goals for the Participant:
