Counselor Survey

This survey was given to the teaching staff in the fall of 2002.   The information gathered will help direct future counselor programming.

Part 1)

What Behavioral skills  are significant for children’s success as a life long learner:

90% rated Moral/Character Development in the top three (prioritized).

81% rated Cooperativeness/Attitude in the top three (prioritized).

45% picked Cooperativeness/Attitude as the number one priority.

Part 2)

What Counseling components  best serve the student/family/teacher’s needs.

80% rated the Individual Support-based counseling as the number one priority.

60% rated the Small groups counseling as the number two priority.

50% rated Classroom presentations as the number three priority.
