Data Collection for D

The School Instructional Leadership Team (SILT) representatives survey the staff they represent on a yearly basis to evaluate the effectiveness of site-based decision-making. This is an informal process; final input is provided at the last SILT meeting of the year. SILT members rotate the roles of facilitator, timekeeper, and summary writer (SILT Agendas: Sep - Oct - Nov - Dec - Jan).

Parents are surveyed during Parent Conferences to determine effectiveness of program activities and to enhance communication.
