At Dirksen Primary School, the principal and SILT work collaboratively to achieve effective decision-making. Dirksen Primary School decisions are developed through shared decision-making and understanding of the Dirksen Golden Rules for meetings.

A monthly meeting schedule (January - February) is electronically distributed to faculty and staff and other appropriate school stakeholders. These meetings provide for the review of performance findings of individual students and for identifying implications for classroom instruction.
