Brainstorming
is the free, uninhabited generationof ideas, usally in a
group setting. It allows each participant to state his opinions
in a nonthreatening environment.

Use brainstroming
to unite a group with diverse ideas and needs. It can be
used at all levels, preschool to the executive.

- Select a recorder
and group facilitator.
- Generate ideas.
- Record the ideas,
orally or in writing.
Goals
- To generate
a wide variety and extensive number of ideas
- To insure
that everyone becomes involved in the process
- To insure
that nothing is overlooked
- To create
an atmosphere of creativity openness
