WHAT IS IT?

Plus/Delta is a way of letting everyone consider the pluses, what went well and the deltas, what you would like to see changed.

 

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

WHEN IS IT USED?

Plus/Delta can be used any time feedback is needed...end of day, after project or report, end of week.

HOW IS IT MADE?

1. As the class, team, group, or staff think about what worked well and what did not.
2. Write one throught per sticky note.
3. At the top of the sticky note write a plus or a delta.
4. When group has finished, put sticky notes on plus/delta chart.
