Develop a long-range financial plan to address the impact of declining enrollment, legislative actions and the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law. Present findings and recommendations for future years by February, 2003.

Supervision
Improve the supervision of students during non-instructional time for the 2002-2003 school year. Present findings and recommendations to sustain the improvement in future school years by May, 2003.
