The
District develops a collaborative culture
that is clear on vision, values, mission and goals.
The collaborative culture is a professional learning community
that completes action plans based on what needs to be done
to focus improvement efforts. Data is collected and
changes to improve performance are made to reflect analysis
of the data. District human and fiscal resources support
improvement efforts.
State
improvement efforts are aligned with district improvement
efforts. District improvement efforts are aligned
with school improvement efforts. School improvement
efforts are aligned with classroom improvement efforts.
District
improvement efforts will be facilitated through
the District Instructional Leadership Team. Input,
participation and ownership will come from all interested
stakeholders who are willing to give the time and effort
necessary to achieve continuous progress outcomes.
The
District Improvement Plan will be approved by the Board
of Education. Annual goals will be established and
assigned to personnel as part of job accountabilities.
