Wilson School continues to implement and refine its SCORE code to provide a safe and secure environment. Safety, Citizenship, Ownership, Respect, and Etiquette are the principals that guide staff and student conduct.

  • Influence legislative decisions to enhance funding for District 108.
  • Balance annual budget and reduce/eliminate debt.
  • Develop a long-range financial plan to address impact of declining enrollment and the Property Tax Extension Limitation Law.
  • Align grant resources to support district/school improvement goals.
  • Attract and retain staff by providing competitive salaries and benefits.
  • Improve the supervision of students during non-instructional time.
  • Invest in facility improvements that represent the best use of limited financial resources.
  • Improve customer satisfaction with contracted services (custodial, food, transportation).
