Meet Baby Tess Cascia, daughter of Tiffany Cascia, first grade teacher at Jefferson School. She was born on March 28. She weighed in at 9 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20 inches long. She is welcomed home by her dad, Glenn, her brother, Mitchell, and her sisters, Taylor and Riley.
