Mrs. Brecher's second graders toured Pekin landmarks in conjunction with their study of communities. Mr. Bill Fleming, Chamber of Commerce director, accompanied the class and told them many interesting things about the Pekin community. Their final stop was a tour of Pekin Savings Bank. They also toured Pekin on the Internet and published a class book of their experience.
