Mrs. Rogers and Mrs. Hawkins K-1 classes celebrated Thanksgiving with their own feast. They studied the Pilgrims and Indians and learned how to make a pumpkin pie. All the food for the feast was prepared by the students and teachers. On the menu was mashed potatoes, vegetable soup, stuffing, biscuits and turkey (lunchmeat).
