Timely data to use as comparison to best performing and comparable schools across the state is difficult to obtain. The ISBE web site has comparison data for schools. However, that data is more than a year and a half old. We do review performance data relative to district standards and State Standards. The district data comes from the spring SAI assessment and the State data comes from the ISAT assessment in Reading, Writing and Math administered each spring. The district results compared to the school are received each spring and the State results compared to the school are received in the fall.
School goals are developed and aligned by reviewing the data on a continual basis. Revisions in improvement plans are ongoing.
