Several Processes are in place which help facilitate the efficient and effective functioning of the school. As the Leadership Team looked at key processes we discovered that some processes were not written. Most processes are developed through collaborative efforts of those who will be impacted or at least a representative group.
Some of the process which are
written we felt comfortable in sharing. Others are internal documents
only. Those process which are written include the following.
