	Blue Web'n Sponsored by Pacific Bell, web sites that provide pointers to sites that target teachers, librarians, and learners, especially those that offer learning experiences. They do not usually include personal home pages, school home pages, or sites that advertise commercial products.

	Key Site Award This award is open to all web sites except those that offer illegal, or generally tasteless or hateful material. Commercial web sites are welcome even if the site was designed by someone other than the individual submitting the nomination. The criteria for the award are as follows:
