Our school incorporates new technology and changing student, stakeholder
and market requirements into the design of curricula, courses and
programs and related delivery methods. How? Key elements include:
Data
Collection for C
Staff members
are included in textbook adoption process. They provide the district
adoption committee with feedback after they review the materials.
The feedback is elicited through a survey.
Staff members
are included in curricular design to insure that individual grade
levels are aligned with the state standards.
Staff members
are included in the development/design of the district assessment
(SAI) and the reporting tool ("I Can Do Its").
Staff and students
(webmasters) have the opportunity to create school-related web pages.
Staff and students
use the internet to access current events and information including
all-school or district activities.
Special education
staff uses technology to generate IEP reports.
Technology is
used in the PDSA process to relay data, chart classroom data, and
generate grade level charts and graphs to formulate and improvement
theory.
The Title I
program uses technology to chart reading and writing improvement
data of Title I random sample students. Data is reported in graphs.
