Data Collection for E

Non-tenured staff is required and tenured staff is encouraged to take district classes that will support the curricula.

New staff is assigned a mentor to guide them through the SAI process and everyday operations.

Current staff supports each other through modeling, collaboration and the sharing of materials.

When teachers need information, they seek colleagues, and/or take classes or workshops that will provide expertise in a particular area.
