| Sunset Hills
School was opened in 1962. This K-3 primary school
houses approximately 200 students with two classrooms
at each grade level. The Sunset Hills students receive
services from specialists in the areas of technology,
reading, speech, special education and counseling. There
is a before and after school extended day program that
offers additional, enrichment activities as well as extended
day care. A behavior management program is also in place
that uses the “I Care Rules” as its foundation.
This program reinforces showing kindness and respect
to everyone. The Sunset Hills School staff maintains
high expectations for student behavior and academics. |
