Celebrity Readers

On November 18th, 19th, and 20th, C. B. Smith students were excited to have "celebrity readers" come to various classrooms and read stories. PTA sponsored this event in honor of Family Reading Night celebrated in Illinois on November 20th. PTA also held reading contests, with winners (Mrs. Durr's kindergarten class and Mrs. Ranney's first grade class) receiving snacks and visits from special guest readers.
