Yes, she is better at writing. She is very neat. She has very detailed stories that she writes at home.
Yes. A very big improvement since Christmas. He is writing and reading twice as much.
Brayden has definitely improved. He does more writing at home and is experimenting. He used to just write words he was learning (like colors) but now writes other words and is sounding them out to spell them. I feel very comfortable with the way the teacher works with him.

Not as much as we use to because she is such a good independent reader and she reads for fun in her spare time without being asked. You have me thinking that we should do more reading together regardless of above. Thanks!
I read to my 3 and 5 year olds more than 5 times a week, but my third grader has better things to do than read with mom.
She reads mostly my herself (Junie B. Jones, etc.)
