Social Studies and Science Resources
The total dollar request submitted to A.J. by all grade levels was approximately $3000. A.J. will add 10% for miscellaneous costs and give the specific information to Becky Conway. He would like for the money to be spent by February 27th so that children can benefit this year from the materials purchased. Teachers should turn in purchase requisitions ASAP.

Conference Times
On March 4th and 5th, A.J. wants C. B. Smith to follow these time blocks:
Thursday- 8:30-11:30 a.m.; 12:45-3:45p.m.; and 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Friday 8:30-11:30 a.m.

The lists of schedules from other schools will arrive on February 17th.

Mrs. Barton said that PTA would provide Friday morning treats on the 5th.

Other
Gloria Ranney asked whether or not we would be doing any all school activities on March 2nd, Dr. Suess' birthday. A.J. said that he would put a note in teachers' mail boxes to find out what everyone is doing.

Diana Barton talked about Story Night, which will be held on April 23rd. There are numerous activities being planned for this event.
