One person is not happy but they did not follow the directions and tell us WHY they were unhappy. It is difficult to solve the problem if we do not know the problem.

Most every comment was positive. SILT does represent the school.

Reviewed the Literacy Plan

There will be another survey next week to see if this plan is still appropriate.

Donna Williams will no longer be one of the literary assistants. She will be back in the Learning Center. Mary Ann will stay and another person will be hired half time. This person will need thirty hours. If anyone knows of someone who would be interested let Cindy know.

The administration is seeking input from SILT regarding the strategic plan. We all reviewed the goals and added anything we thought we needed with sticky notes.
