Kelly passed an attendance sheet which will be kept in the facilitator’s folder. This documentation may be used for future reference for those needing recertification credit.

A discussion was held regarding an all school space unit theme. This could be in connection with Scott Altman’s journey and the committee felt this theme might be appropriate for Smith’s open house on February 21^st. It was determined that participation would be optional and the extent of participation would be up to the individual teacher.

Cindy reminded the committee that the DILT Quality Assurance Team will be visiting C.B. Smith School on February 20^th and 21^st. The purpose of this visit is to meet the requirements of our state who will accept the findings of school districts who are willing, on a regular basis, to conduct their own internal evaluations. She shared the "Quality Assurance Visit Focus Question Sheet" and asked if we needed clarification on any parts of its content. This information may be found on C.B. Smith’s web page. CHECK IT OUT!
