Mrs. Ronna's, Miss Wood's, Mrs. Sciortino's,
and Mrs. Oesch's class spent the morning visiting Illinois' first fort.
Our students learned about the fort and other items of the era (furs,
tools, etc) from Donna and her assistants.
Few students were brave enough to attempt wearing the fashionable skunk
cap.
