By leaning about and using Quality Tools , the PDSA Process, and the Baldrige Quality Criteria our staff will become more effective at self-assessing our school improvement progress and more effective at using facts to guide improvement efforts. |

Team participation in Quality Tools Training

Team members will be provided with information and strategies related to each tool during five training sessions and assemble a binder to use as a resource for application |
