What is Quality Criteria?

The criteria for our quality portfolio is modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige National Award for Performance Excellence and American Society for Quality (ASQ) Koality Kid Alliance. The Baldrige Award consists of seven core values that measure the effectiveness of systems and processes within an organization.
