Our school collects several types of data and information: 1. Local Assessment Data    2. ISAT Data   3. Parent Feedback Data
Assessment data is used to establish a school-wide instruction goal and to prioritize the use of available human and financial resources. Parent feedback data is used as a valuable resource in the teacher goal setting and action planning process.

Student progress data is gathered throughout the year through the Standards, Assessment and Instruction process which consists of standardized tests and work samples. Student achievement data is gathered at the end of the school through a summative curriculum assessment and ISAT. Stakeholder data is gathered at least at three key times during August, November, and March by administering a survey to all parents. Other data related to special projects is gathered as needed.
The School Improvement Planning Team (SIP) develops strategies to aggregate, disaggregate, and analyze school-wide data that is collected so is can be used in the improvement planning process. To help facilitate the school improvement planning process, all school-wide data is made available to teachers in a usable format to support the data informed decision making process.
Individual student progress data is used to plan specific instructional support to better meet the needs of each child. Through the alignment of school-wide resources, teachers can consider the  instructional needs of all students at each grade level.
The School Improvement Planning (SIP) Team is involved in a continuous process of collecting and analyzing data to establish the school goal. Data is selected that relates specifically to the focus of the goal. Through the individual and team goal action planning process teachers collect and analyze specific data.
