Summarize the key findings of data and information for the school’s critical processes. |
| Our school has collected several types of baseline data related to student achievement. We have been monitoring ISAT results for the past three years in an attempt to identify trends in performance. During the past two years we have balanced the ISAT results with our local assessment that measures students performance on objectives that are aligned to the State Standards. |

| At the close of each school year the staff is surveyed to provide input regarding the leadership team process. The survey provides information that helps improve the Instructional Leadership Team processes. The school has implemented a process to systematically gather information and feedback from students, parents, and external partners through surveys. Parents are surveyed when they attend conferences three times during the school year. The orientation, fall, and spring surveys provide a great deal of meaningful feedback. This year a satisfaction survey was given to three classes of students in first through third grades. This group serves as our focus group for further development of a survey instrument and to offer some initial insights into student satisfaction. Other survey instruments are used for specific purposes as the need arises. We view parents as the most important group of external partners. Currently, we involve parents through the executive PTA, SILT and various actions teams such as the Special Events Committee. |
