PTA officers in attendance: Karen Frazier, Stacy Snoble, and Shelly Bastean.

Others in attendance: Sandy Morrow, Denise Rendon, Tami Hyatt, Wendi Watson, Melissa Flier, and Len Ealey.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30.

Shelly Bastean submitted the Treasurer’s Report and collected receipts for various re-imbursements.

Final arrangements were made for Family Game Night tomorrow night.

Karen shared information about fundraising with Kathryn Beich. Several members will meet with to hear a presentation by Jay Presley at Kelly Ave. Grill on February 26.

The playground equipment is to be delivered March 3. Regulation wood chips to provide a soft surface will cost $1600.

Mr. Ealey suggested looking in to having a family night at a Bradley basketball game. Upperbowl ticket prices would cost the PTA $4 and we could charge $7. This will be considered for next year.

March’s Family Reading Night was discussed. Suggestions were made for guest readers.

The April 26 rummage sale was discussed. Members were asked to save plastic bags for the event.
